| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨侵袭葡萄胎患者化疗前后血树突状细胞含量的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测35例侵袭性葡萄胎病人化疗前、后外周血树突状细胞计数，同时30例健康妇女作为对照组。结果 35例侵袭性葡萄胎患者化疗前血树突状细胞明显低于正常人(p＜0．01)，化疗6个月后未复发组的血树突状细胞接近于正常人，而出现复发者血树突状细胞水平仍异常偏低(p＜0．01)。结论 侵袭性葡萄胎血树突状细胞水平可反映病人的预后和化疗疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of peripheral dendritic cell ( DC ) level before and after chemotherapy in patients with invasive hydatidiform mole. Methods Levels of peripheral blood's DC were detected by immune histochemistry method in 36 patients with invasive hydatidiform mole before and after chemotherapy and 30 normal controls. Results In patients with invasive hydatidiform mole the DC level before chemotherapy were significantly lower than those in normal controls ( P<0.01 ) .DC level remained abnormal low in the patients with recurrence after chemotherapy for 6 months(p<0.01) ,while returned to normal in patients without relapse. Conclusions The changes of peripheral blood's DC level are closely relatede to the prognosis of invasive mole and the curative effect of chemotherapy. |
