| 摘 要： | 目的探索区域电子健康档案数据集的组成,并在实践中应用。方法通过对卫生部健康档案数据集的研究,结合国外的相关实践,在浦东新区社区卫生服务中心健康档案的具体应用中,通过Delphi法进行数据集的遴选,并在区域内的进行健康档案信息的共享。结果共筛选出435个数据指标作为目前浦东新区社区电子健康档案最常用的数据集合,并实现了在区域内的调阅和更新。结论采用分步骤、分层次的数据集合是现阶段实现社区居民电子健康档案共享的一种有效推进方式。
