浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声诊断

目的　探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的声像图特征。方法　应用彩色多普勒超声对６ 例经病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的病灶进行观察。结果　在乳晕区或其周围测及边界不清、形态不规整、内部不均质的病灶，其中４ 例为较低回声，余２ 例为囊实混合性结节；病灶位置表浅，接近皮肤；病灶的回声强度低于皮下脂肪的回声。６ 例病灶内均见血流信号，频谱特点为低速低阻力型。结论　二维超声与彩色多普勒相结合，有助于对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断。

Study of plasma cell mastitis by ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging

Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of the plasma cell mastitis.Methods Six patients with plasma cell mastitis were studied by color Doppler flow imaging.Results Their ultrasonographic features were as follows.Lesions,found in the area around the areola of nipple,appeared as ill defined margins,irregularity in morphology and heterogeneous inner echoes,in which hypoechoes in four cases and cystic solid mixed textures in the other two.All the cases have low apptitude internal echoes compared with the subcutaneous fat of the breast.All the lesions were characteristic of superficial and were very adjacent to the skin of the breast.Color signals were found in all six lesions and the characters of the Doppler spectrums were of low velocity and low resistance.Conclusions The combinative use of ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging is helpful to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis.
