Study of AET Rosette of Children Exposed to Vinyl Chloride in Ambienf Air |

| Abstract: | The ability of T-Lympbocytes combining with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) which had been treated with 2- aminoethylisouronium bromied (AET) were enhanced and the percentage of E-rosette formed increased. This method had good reappearance and stability. The EAET-RFC of 10 to 14 aged children exposed to 0. 18 mg/m~3 vinyl chloride was 62.4% (n=10). significantly higher than those exposed to 0. 08 mg/m~3(71. 3%, n=40) and control group (70.6%0. n= 100). The results suggested that the T Iymphocyte prolifera- tion of children exposed to 0.18 mg/m~3 vinyl chloride was in- hibited. |
