| 摘 要： | 目的通过对西咪替丁片含量测定结果的不确定度评定，建立药物片剂紫外-可见分光光度法含量测定不确定度评定的一般方法。方法分析来自于溶液配制过程和仪器测定过程的各种不确定度影响因素并对其进行评估。结果建立西咪替丁片含量测定的不确定度评定数学模型，计算各分量的不确定度，最后计算出合成不确定度。结论建立的不确定度分析与计算方法适用于片剂紫外-可见分光光度法含量测定的不确定度评定。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a common method for uncertainty evaluation of UV spectrometery by measuring cimetidine tablets containing, Methods Factors affecting uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated from procedures of solution preparaing and instrument detecting. Results A mathematic model was established of the uncertainty evaluation of determination of cimetidine tablets containing, the uncertainties of various component variables was calculated and the combined uncertainties were finally obtained. Conclusion This analyzed and calculated method for uncertainty is suitable for UV spectrometeric method of tablet reagent. |
