浅谈海峡两岸中药标准的差异

目的分析海峡两岸中药质量标准的差异,为两岸标准的整合提供参考。方法将大陆的中药质量标准与台湾进行比较,指出异同,并对重金属、农药残留等问题进行较详细介绍,提出两岸质量标准与检测规范整合的建议。结果两岸的中药质量标准有很多相似之处,但在重金属、农药残留检测等方面存在差异,影响了两岸中医药的交流合作。结论两岸的中药质量标准有待统一并实现相互认可。

Preliminary Discussion about Differences of TCM Quality Standards between Taiwan and Mainland China

Objective To analyse differences of TCM quality standards between Taiwan and mainland China,and provide a reference to unify the standards.Methods Comparison on the similarities and differences in TCM quality standards between the two sides were performed,focused on problems related to heavy metals and pesticide residues etc,and hence the measures to unify the standards were proposed.Results There were a lot of similarities in TCM quality standards between Taiwan and mainland China,but with regard to the control of heavy metals and pesticide residues,some differences are existed,which hinder the communication and cooperation about Traditional Chinese Medicine between Taiwan and mainland China.Conclusion The TCM quality standards on both sides of the Taiwan Straits waits for unifying and reaching an agreement on mutual recognition.
