健胃消食口服液的临床研究

目的：比较健胃消食口服液与原剂型健胃消食片的临床疗效。方法：进行了１６０例临床验证。其中治疗组１００例，对照组６０例。结果：显效以上率（包括显效和临床痊愈）为８９％，总有效率９８．０％，对照组分别为７３．３％和９６．７％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），治疗组优于对照组，且无毒副作用。结论：健胃消食口服液是治疗脾健胃虚弱，不良的安全有效的药物。

Studies on Clinical Curative Effect of Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on Asthenia of Spleen and Stomach, and Indigestion

Objective: To study the curative eflect of Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid on patients suffering from asthenia of spleen and stomach, and indigestion. Methods: 160 cases with asthenia of spleen and stomach, and indigestion were randomly divided into the therapy group (Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid n=100) and the control group (Jianweixiaoshi Tablets, n=60). The significant effective rate (including significant effect and clinical cure) and total effective rate between two groups were compared. Results: The significant effective rate (including significant effect and clinical cure) and total effective rate in the therapy group were 89% and 98.0%, respectively. The significant effective rate (including significant effect and clinical cure) and total effective rate in the control group were 73.3% and 96.7%, respechvely. There were significant differences between two groups in sigificant effective rate and total effective rate ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid is a safe and effective drug for treating asthenia of spleen and stomach, and indigestion.
