苯那普利(洛汀新)和安体舒通治疗高血压伴轻中度心功能不全疗效观察

目的观察苯那普利(洛汀新)和安体舒通治疗高血压伴轻中度心功能不全临床疗效.方法 60例给予苯那普利10～15 mg/d,安体舒通20～60mg/d,治疗2周,观察治疗前后血压、心率、心功能的变化.结果治疗后血压、心率明显下降(P＜0.05),心功能改善1、2级.结论苯那普利(洛汀新)和安体舒通治疗高血压伴轻中度心功能不全疗效好.

Effects of benazepril and aldactone therapy on hypertension patients with genter or middle degree cardiac insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical effects of benazepril and a ldactone therapy on hypertension patients with gentle or middle degree cardiac i nsufficiency. Methods 60 confirmed patients treated by benazepril (10~15 mg/ d) and aldactone (20~60 mg/d) for two weeks, their information including the blo od pressure, heart rate and cardiac function before and after therapy were colle cted and analyzed. Results The blood pressures and heart rates were signific antly lowered (P <0.05), the cardiac function were ameliorated by I to II grade. Conclusion It is rather effective that benaepril and aldactone therapy on h ypertension patients with gentle or middle degree cardiac insufficiency are trea ted with benaepril and aldactone therapy.
