| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针结合温和灸对产后尿潴留的治疗效果;方法:56例患者不完全随机分为两组,其中治疗组32例以电针和温和灸治疗,对照组24例以电针结合TDP照射治疗,观察首次治疗后的即时疗效及治疗7次后的临床疗效;结果:治疗组首次治疗的即时效应及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:电针结合温和灸对产后尿潴留有显著的临床疗效.
