老年人肺结核的临床特点分析

目的　了解老年人肺结核的基本情况 ,提高对老年人肺结核的认识。方法　采用临床分析的方法 ,对我院 2 0 0 2年收治的 12 1例老年肺结核病人进行研究 ,探讨其临床特点。结果　病程≥ 10年者 61例 ,以浸润性肺结核和纤维空洞性肺结核为主 ,痰结核菌阳性率 50 .4% ,合并症有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管感染、心律失常、肺源性心脏病、糖尿病等。其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病和支气管感染占 61.2 %。平均住院日为 18d ,治疗有效率为 76% ,病死率为 8 2 6%。结论　老年肺结核病人病程长、痰结核菌阳性率高、合并症多、治愈率低、病死率高 ,应是我国结核病防治的重点人群

Analysis of clinical character of pulmonary tuberculosis in the aged

ObjectiveTo realize the basic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in the aged.MethodsThe cli nical data of 121 aged patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hosp ital in 2002 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe disease courses were 10 years or more in 61 cases(50.4%).Among them,infiltrating pulmona ry tuberculosis accounted for 60.3% and the fiber cavity pulmonary tuberculosis 34.7%.The positive rate of sputum tuberculosis was 50.4%.The complications inclu ded chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,bronchial infection,arrhythmia,cor pul monale,diabetes mellitus et al.The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bro nchial infections accounted for 61.2 %.The average hospitalization days were 18. The effective rate of treatment was 76%.The fatality rate was 8.26%.Conc lusionThe clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in the ag ed are the longer disease course,the higher positive rate of sputum tuberculosis ,the more complications,the lower effective rate of treatment and the higher fat ality rate.It is necessary to control and prevent tuberculosis in the aged.
