| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎,本为脾胃气虚或阳虚,标为湿热内蕴,气郁血瘀,乃本虚标实,虚实杂夹之症。治宜健脾化湿,清热并用。治疗中,标本先后病机会有变化,应注意临证辨治。指出:研究中缺乏中医药对溃疡性结肠炎远期疗效观察和预防复发方面整体评价。
