超声介导卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗兔VX2肿瘤适宜剂量研究

目的探索卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗兔VX 2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。方法通过开腹瘤块包埋法建立兔VX 2肝肿瘤模型,将荷瘤兔随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5个治疗组和大豆油阴性对照组。观察治疗后14天肿瘤体积变化情况和血常规变化情况。结果卡铂缓释微球治疗兔VX 2肝肿瘤的效果随剂量增加而增加,而各剂量组之间毒性反应未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论最高剂量组(E组)抑瘤作用最明显,没有明显的毒副作用,可作为治疗兔VX 2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。

Study on optimal dosage of slow-released carboplatin microspheres for intratumoral injection with ultrasound guide to treat rabbit VX2 liver tumor

Objective To investigate the effect and side effect of various doses of slow-released carboplatin microspheres by intratumoral injection on the rabbit VX2 liver tumor.Methods Rabbits with VX2 liver tumor were divided into five treatment groups and control group.Changes of the tumors' volume and blood routine were observed 14 days after therapy.Comparison was made between the five treatment groups and control group,and within the five groups.Results The slow-released carboplatin microspheres showed obviously antitumoral effects with a dosedependent manner.There was no significant difference on the side effects among treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The maximal dose group(Group E) was exhibited to have the most efficient tumor inhibition efficacy and no obvious side effect.It may be considered as the optimal dosage for treatment of rabbit liver VX2 tumor.
