神经肽Y在雌性大鼠尾壳核的分布

目的观察神经肽Y免疫反应阳性物质在成年雌性大鼠尾壳核及其周围区域的分布。方法采用亲合免疫组织化学SABC法。结果NPY免疫反应阳性神经元大量分布于尾壳核,NPY免疫反应阳性纤维分布稀疏。近侧脑室处可见阳性细胞存在于尾壳核室管膜下区域,其串珠状突起可伸入室管膜内;也有细胞出现在紧邻胼胝体处,其膨体突起可伸入胼胝体。结论NPY可能参与尾壳核多种功能的调节并通过脑-脑脊液神经体液回路发挥重要功能。

Distribution of neuropeptide Y immunoreactivity in caudate-putamen nucleus of female rats

Objective To explore the distribution of neuropeptide Y immunoreactivity(NPY-ir) in the caudate-putamen nucleus of adult female Wistar rats.Methods Affinity immunohistochemical technique SABC was adopted.Results A great quantity of NPY-ir neurons and a small amounts of NPY-ir fibres were located in the caudate-putamen nucleus.NPY-ir neurons were also detected in the area near ependyma of the lateral cerebral ventricle and their neurites extend into the ependyma.There were also NPY-ir neurons in the region close nearby the callosum,and their neurite can also extend into the callosum.Conclusion NPY probably participates in the regulation of many functions of the caudate-putamen nucleus and plays an important role by "brain-cerebrospinal fluid nerve-body fluid circuit".
