桑叶总黄酮超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化选择桑叶中总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺.方法:采用正交实验法,以提取液中总黄酮含量为考察指标,对影响总黄酮提取工艺的因素进行了研究.结果:实验设计三因素中超声时间有显著影响.结论:桑叶总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺为用20倍量50%乙醇,提取30min.

Abstract:Objective:to establish ,the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Mulberry leaves.Methods:The conditions for the extraction were studied by the orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total flavonoids in the extract.Results:a significant effect,the time of ultrasonic extraction,was observed. Conclusion:Using total flavonoids as a detecting index,the optimum conditions are that the concentration of alcohol is 50 %,the rate of solvent to raw materials is 20 times and the ultrasonic time is 30 min.
