摘    要:目的:了解南通市人群甲型H1N1流感流行规律,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法:采用荧光定量RT-PCR对哨点医院采集的咽拭子进行甲型H1N1流感病毒的RNA检测,应用统计软件分析流行状况。结果:咽拭子2646份标本中,男性1377份,女性1269份。甲型H1N1标本阳性679份(25.66%)中,男性感染337例(24.47%);女性感染342例(26.95%);感染率性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学生1582例感染病例435例(27.50%),其他职业1064例感染244例(22.93%),学生感染率显著高于其他人群(P<0.05)。15~岁250例中感染154例(61.60%),明显高于其他各年龄组(P<0.01)。2009年底疫情达到高峰,分别为11月检测306例,感染155例(50.65%),12月检测371例,感染212例(57.14%)。结论:2009年南通市甲型H1N1流感暴发相对较温和,目前已呈消退趋势,但是否会再次出现甲型流感的大范围暴发值得警惕。

Monitoring and analyzing of the influenza A(H1N1)surveillance in Nantong
Abstract:Objective:To understand the epidemiologic characters of influenza to provide scientific evidence for early detecting and controlling of epidemic situation.Methods:Throat swab samples were collected at surveillance sites for detecting the H1N1 RNA via real-time PCR.Epidemiologic data were analyzed among the outpatients caused by influenza.Results:2646 samples were tested and 679(25.66%) among them were influenza A(H1N1) positive.Of these,337 were influenza A H1N1 positive cases in 1377 male specimens(24.47%) and 342 were influenza A H1N1 positive cases in 1269 female specimens,(26.95%).1582 cases,among which 435 cases of influenza were H1N1-positive(27.50%),were students.Cases of other occupations were 1064,among which 244 were influenza A H1N1 positive cases(22.93%).The infection rates in age groups above 0,5,15,25 and 60 years old were 10.65%(64/601),25.97%(309/1190),61.60%(154/250),27.16%(135/497) and 15.74%(17/108) respectively.From June to December in 2009,the positive rate of influenza type A H1N1 had a continuously increased trend,from1.87% to 57.14%,and then it descended sharply to 4.44% till February 2010.Conclusion:The quite moderate influenza A(H1N1) pandemic has faded away gradually.However,an alarm should be given to another outbreak of this type of influenza in the large scope.
