影像科候检患者对护理服务需求的调查分析

目的探讨分析在影像科候检大厅设立护理工作室，开展护理服务工作的必要性。方法对3640例影像科候检患者进行护理服务工作需求问卷调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果90．97％受调查对象认为在影像科候检大厅设置护理工作室开展护理服务工作是必要的，只是不同文化和不同经济状况的患者对护理工作室服务的需求内容有明显的差异。结论在影像科候检大厅设置护理工作室，开展护理服务工作是有必要的，它可满足候检患者对护理服务的需求，提高患者就诊质量。

Investigation and analysis of the requirement for nursing service of patients waiting for medical examination in ra- diological department.

Objective To discuss and analyze of the requirement for nursing service of patients waiting for medical exam- ination in radiological department. Methods 3640 patients accepted the nursing services in radiological department were conduc- ted a questionnaire survey. Results 90. 97% interviewees considered that it was necessary to establish a nursing service room in the waiting hall of radiological department. Conclusion It is necessary to establish a nursing service room in the waiting hall of radiological department , and it can improve the quality of patients＇ visiting hospital.
