摘    要:目的探讨影响老年患者健康教育效果的可能因素,为制定相关策略提供依据。方法对随机选择的120名老年患者开展健康教育,从疾病种类、患者年龄、教育方式、教育时机和家属配合等方面考察健康教育的影响因素。结果患者年龄、不同的教育方式、不同的教育时机以及家属是否配合等均显著影响健康教育效果。结论针对不同患者制订切实可行的宣教方案,把握时机,积极引导家属参与健康教育活动等有助提高宣教效果。

Abstract:Aim To probe into possible factors that affect health education in the aged patients so as to provide guidance for laying out strategies of health education.Method The health education was carried out to the randomly selected 120 aged patients,and the possible factors were observed,such as different diseases,age,way of education,period of education and participation of family members in it or not etc.Results Effects of health education were affected significantly by age,way of education,period of education and participation of family members.Conclusion Laying out feasible plans for different patients,grasping the opportunity of education,and attracting of family members to participate in it etc helps to improve the effects of health education.
