儿童卵巢畸胎瘤的超声诊断价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查诊断儿童卵巢畸胎瘤的价值。方法：回顾分析28例经手术病理证实的卵巢畸胎瘤患儿的超声声像图特点。结果：本组28例卵巢畸胎瘤以囊实混合性为主,超声诊断符合率为89.3%,误诊率为10.7%。超声检查呈囊实混合型18例,囊样型6例,实质型4例。术中发现卵巢畸胎瘤伴扭转11例,其中8例与术前超声诊断相符。结论：超声检查对儿童卵巢畸胎瘤及其是否扭转有较高诊断价值,可作为首选的影像学检查方法。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Ovarian Teratomas in Children

Objective：To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian teratomas in children.Methods： The sonographic features in 28 cases of ovarian teratomas diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively studied.Results： Among 28 ovarian teratomas,most of the cases appeared as mixed echogenicity.The accuracy of sonographic diagnosis was 89.3%,and the misdiagnosis was 10.7%.There were 11 cases diagnosed as torsion of ovarian teratomas by surgery,among them,the diagnosis of 8 cases were in accordance with that of ultrasonography.Conclusions： Sonography can be an optimal method in the diagnosis of ovarian teratomas and torsion in children.
