| 摘 要： | 目的总结应用输尿管镜治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓的经验。方法对输尿管结石梗阻性肾积脓患者行输尿管镜检查、气压弹道碎石、取石及留置双J管治疗。结果28例患者，24例1次取净结石，2例术后2周经体外震波碎石（ESWL）治愈，1例开放手术，无明显并发症。结论应用输尿管镜治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓疗效好、创伤小、安全可靠，可作为该病的主要治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of treatment of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis with ureteroscopic manipulation.Methods The patients of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis were treated with endoscopic manipulation such as ureteroscopy,pneumatic lithotripsy and double J catheter.Results The ureteral stones of 24 of 28 cases were cleared off.2 cases were cured with ESWL after 2 weeks and 1 case was operated.Conclusion Ureteroscopic manipulation is safe,minimally invasive and effective for treatment of ... |
