| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剔毒护肝方对大鼠肝星状细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法：分离正常肝星状细胞，并传代培养；用剔毒护肝方给正常大鼠灌胃，制备药物血清，温育培养细胞；用^3H-TdR掺入法观察细胞增殖，TUNEL检测细胞凋亡。结果：剔毒护肝方药物血清能显抑制肝星状细胞增殖。并能促进肝星细胞凋亡。结论：剔毒护肝方具有抑制肝星状细胞增殖和促进其凋亡的作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of Tidu Hugan recipe on the pyperplasia and apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells.Methods:Hepatic stellate cells(HSC) were isolated from the normal rats and sub cultured.Normal rats were medicated with TDHGR and their blood serum collected to prepare the medicated serum,which was in cultivated with the sub cultured HSC.Then observed the proliferation of the HSC by H TdR incorporation and apoptosis by TUNNEL.Results: TDHGR medicated serum could obviously inhibit the proliferation of HSC,the production of apoptosis of HSC.Conclusion:TDHGR could inhibit the prolife ration of HSC and the production of apoptosis of HSC. |
