参附注射液辅助介入治疗浸润性膀胱癌的临床观察

目的 分析参附注射液辅助介入治疗与单纯介入治疗对浸润性膀胱癌的疗效、不良反应及对免疫功能的影响.方法 观察组36例浸润性膀胱癌患者在采用髂内动脉化疗同期加用参附注射液,对照组30例浸润性膀胱癌患者单用髂内动脉化疗治疗.结果 观察组有效率为38.9%,高于对照组的26.9%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗前后免疫功能的改变、不良反应、胃肠反应均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 参附注射液辅助髂内动脉化疗治疗浸润性膀胱癌,疗效显著,并降低了髂内动脉化疗方案对免疫功能、胃肠道的影响及不良反应,此种方法可以作为不能手术切除的浸润性膀胱癌的治疗方案.

Clinical analysis of shenfu injection combined with intra-artery chemotherapy in invasive bladder cancer

Objective To study the efficacy and the influence on immunological function of combination with shenfu and intra-artery chemotherapy for invasive bladder cancer. Methods Group A(36 cases)were treated with shenfu injection and chemotherapy protocol of intra-artery chemotherapy, and group B (30 cases)were treated only with intra-artery chemotherapy. Results The effective rate of group A was higher than group B.And the changes of immunological function,side effects,gastrointestinal response in group A were obviously lower than those in group B(P＜0.05).Conclusions Patients with shenfu injection and intra-artery chemotherapy significant lower influence than those with only intra-artery chemotherapy.The curative effect of shenfu injection and intra-artery chemotherapy is significant.
