岩黄连总碱对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究岩黄连总碱对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射给予CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤,通过灌胃给药观察岩黄连总碱对其保护作用。结果:岩黄连总碱可明显降低CCl4因素所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清AST、ALT的含量。结论:岩黄连总碱对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effect of the total alkaloids from Corydalis saxicola bunting of the acute hepatic injury model mice caused by carbon tetrachloride.Methods: The protective effect of the total alkaloids from Corydalis saxicola bunting by intragastric administration against peritoneal injection CCl4-induced hepatic injury in mice were investigated. Results: The contents of serum transaminases(ALT and AST) of medication administration team compare with model team was degraded. Conclusion: The results indicate that the CCl4-induced hepatic injury of mouse was protected significantly.
