吉西他滨联合诺维本治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效观察

目的 观察吉西他滨联合诺维本方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒性评估。方法对32例晚期乳腺癌患者，接受吉西他滨1250mg／m^2 生理盐水250ml，静脉滴注，第1d，第8d；诺维本25mg／m^2 生理盐水50ml，静脉滴注，第1d，第8d；化疗中预防性应用粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-GSF)，每21d重复1疗程，至少应用2疗程，评价临床疗效和毒性，并进行随访。结果32例患者接受2—4周期化疗后有效率71．8％(20／32)，5例(15．5％)完全缓解，15例(46．8％)部分缓解，9例(28．1％)病灶稳定，3例(9．3％)病灶进展；化疗毒性主要表现为骨髓抑制，Ⅲ、Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症的发生率62．5％(20／32)。结论吉西他滨联合诺维本是治疗晚期乳腺癌有效方案，毒性可忍耐。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of gemcitabine combined with navebine on breast carcinoma at advanced stage

Objective To oberve the therapeutic effects and toxicity of Gem combined with NVB on advanced cases of breast cancer. Methods Thirty two cases of advanced breast cancers were treated consisted of Gem 1 250 mg/m~2 i.v, on day 1 and day 8; NVB 250 mg/m~2 i. v, on day 1 and day 8;28 days a course for 2 courses at least. Results Amomg the 32 cases 5 cases (15.5%) were completely relieved and 15 cases(46.8%) partial relieved,with an overall effective rate of 71% (20/32). In addition,myosuppression was observed. Conclusion Gem conbined with NVB is an effective method for treatmet of breast cancer patients at advanced stage and the toxic effect is mild.
