烧伤患者心理应激反应与社会支持相关性研究

目的:了解烧伤患者心理应激反应现况及其与社会支持的关系,为更好地实施有针对性的心理干预提供依据,增加治疗效果。方法:采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表,对该院烧伤中心68例住院患者进行调查。结果:女性、30～45岁、农民、重度烧伤、面颈部及四肢烧伤、住院时间长和全额支付住院费用的烧伤患者SCL-90因子分较高,心理应激反应更突出,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会支持中以主观支持得分最高,为(21.57±5.088)分;心理应激反应与社会支持各维度存在负相关;影响心理应激反应的因素有烧伤程度、社会支持、性别。结论:医院应采取有效的心理干预,提高烧伤患者的治疗和康复效果。

Correlation between psychological stress response and social support in burn patients

Objective：To explore the correlation between psychological stress response and social support in burn injured patients, and to find out nursing intervention and improve treatment effect accordingly. Method：Sixty-eight patients were investigated in bum center of our hospital by using the self-designed demographic questionnaire, symptom checklist and social support scale. Results：The SCL-90 factor scores are significantly higher in patients who is 30 to 45 years, female, farmer, severe burn, face-neck and limb burn, long hospitalization stay, totally self-paid hospital costs（P〈0.05）. The score of subjective support is the highest in social support （21.57±5.088）.Negative correlation was found between psychological stress and various dimensions of social support. The factors of influencing psychological stress response Were bum severity, social support and gender. Conclusion：The effective psychological intervention should be implemented to improve the health status of bum patients.
