| 摘 要： | 目的对七年制医学生内科教学查房模式进行改革，缩短由学生变为临床医师的差距。方法对照组：对某班学生进行常规教学查房，并进行测试、试卷评估。试验组：对某班学生进行教学查房改革，并进行同样的测试、试卷评估。结果通过改革后的教学查房的实习，学生成绩较常规教学查房组明显提高（85.7（5.32 vs 79.1（6.01，P〈0.01）。结论通过实习学生主动参与并主持教学查房，提高学生临床思维、沟通、处理的综合能力，并为毕业实习学生的临床能力考核提供了一个量化指标。
