肘管尺神经显微减压术治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病

目的探讨肘管尺神经显微减压术治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病的疗效。方法应用肘管尺神经显微减压、肌下转位术治疗6例（9侧手）糖尿病性上肢周围神经病患者。结果平均随访20个月。6例糖尿病性上肢周围神经病患者9侧手部麻木、、疼痛症状术后100％缓解，手部力弱、运动功能不良症状术后缓解率55．6％（5／9），随访期间症状无复发。并发症有手术切口愈合不良1侧（11．1％，1／9）。结论周围神经显微减压术是治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病的有效方法，其改善手部感觉障碍的疗效好于改善运动功能不良的疗效。

Microsurgical Decompression of Ulnar nerves for Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy of Upper Limbs

Objective To study the curative effect of microsurgical decompression of ulnar nerves on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of upper limbs. Method The microsurgical decompression and submuscular transposition of ulnar nerves in cubital tunnels of 9 hands in 6 diabetic patients were performed. Results All the patients were averagely followed-up for 20 months. The symptoms including numbness and pain in all the hands were relieved. The symptoms such as weakness and motion dysfunction were improved in 5 of 9 hands(55.6%,5/9). There was no recurrence of the symptoms in all the patients during the following-up. The delayed wound healing (Postoperative complication) occurred in 1 hand (11.1%,1/9). Conclusions Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves is an effective method to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy of upper limbs. The relieving effects of the decompression on the numbness and pain were better than those on the weakness and motion dysfunction in the upper limbs of patients with diabetes mellitus.
