嗜铬细胞瘤诊治分析(附42例报告)

目的 总结嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析１９７３年１月～１９９８年１２月手术治疗４２例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料，总结该病的主要临床表现，诊断依据，手术治疗及术前、术中控制血压的方法。结果 ３６例术后随访３个月～２５年，患者血压恢复正常，ＶＭＡ降至正常。死亡２例，其中１例为双侧病变漏诊一侧，术后４天死于心衰；另１例为术后２个月出现双肺及肝、骨转移、２０个月后死亡。结论 术明确诊断，严密监控血

A clinical analysis of pheochromocytoma (report of 42 cases)

Objective To probe into the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical date of 42 patients underwent surgical excision of pheochromocytoma from 1973 to 1998 were reviewed. Results After excision of the tumor the blood pressure of the patients became normal except two and the symptoms vanished. On the other hand two died. Conclusions It is absolutely necessary to control blood pressure,appropriately prepared before surgery and to increase appropriately the blood volume after resection of the tumor.
