锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位21例体会

目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位的治疗效果。方法采用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ型或NeerⅡ型）21例。结果所有随访病例无切口感染、钢板螺钉松动断裂等情况,骨折及脱位复位满意。肩关节功能根据Karlsson标准进行评定,优17例,良4例,差0例。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位疗效满意。

Analysis on 21 Cases of Clavicular Hook Plate in Treatment of Distal Clavicle Fractures And Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective This paper discusses Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and Efficacy of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods This paper uses 21 cases of Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation（Tossy Ⅲ or Neer Ⅱ） to discuss.Results There was no incision infection,no loosening of the plates and screws in all followed--up patients,and all followed--up patients were satisfied with the reduction of fracture and dislocation.According to Karlsson standard to evaluate the shoulder joint function,the result was as follows：excellent in 17 patients, good in 4 patients and poor in no patients.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation has satisfactory curative effect.
