| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨密闭舱室中爆炸冲击波暴露大鼠学习记忆功能、行为及伤情的变化.方法 致伤前所有动物均进行Morris水迷宫和穿梭箱行为训练.采用自制舱室爆炸模型,伤后不同时间点观察大鼠损伤情况,并做行为测试.结果 (1)伤后密闭组和开放组均无运动障碍,大体观无明显差异,均有脑、肺冲击伤.(2)伤后密闭组和开放组与对照相比较,大鼠旷场实验自发活动明显增多、水迷宫逃避潜伏期和穿梭箱平均反应时显著延长(P＜0.05),伤后24小时差异非常显著(P＜0.01);伤后12小时～3天,密闭组和开放组有显著差异(P＜0.05),24小时差异非常显著(P＜0.01).结论 舱室内外爆炸急性期致大鼠明显的行为改变及学习记忆能力严重损害,且舱内急性期反应更加严重而持久. |
