鱼油对小鼠运动皮质一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元发育的影响

摘    要:目的:观察鱼油对小鼠生后运动皮质内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元分布和形态变化的影响。方法:运用NADPH-d免疫组化法检查了小鼠运动皮质内NOS阳性神经元的分布。结果:喂食食油后,运动皮质第5层内,NOS阳性神经元的数量增多,其胞体和突起深染,树突棘增多。结论:鱼油可以促进中枢NOS阳性神经元的发育,这可能与鱼油富含DHA(22-六碳烯酸)有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study effect of fish oil on distribution and morphological changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS)-positive neuron in motorocortex of mice. Method:NADPH-d immunohistochemical method was used in the study. Results:In the fish oil group,the some of NOS-like immunoreactivity neurons were observated in the fifth layer of cortex, the perikarons and axons of them were dyed deeply. There was an inferior quantity in the control and vacant groups. Conclusion:These data provided morphological evidence about effect of DHA in fish oil on central nerve system.
