Design and considerations of practical teaching in health law course

Authors discussed the status of teaching health law and the necessity of strengthen the practical teaching and introduced the specific content of design of health law practical teaching program and also pointed out that health law is a subject with the features of strong practice and application.From the current status of teaching of health law and personnel training in higher medical education, the strengthening of practical teaching of health law is very necessary and urgent.For obtaining the actual effect in practical teaching of health law, it must be designed with the consideration on the teaching outline, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching assessment, and also several important issues such as case bank, teaching bases and the relationship of theory and practical teaching.These are the keys of success and effectiveness of health law practice teaching.
