卫生法学课程实践性教学的设计与思考

摘    要:本文论述了卫生法学教学现状及加强实践性教学的必要性,介绍了卫生法学实践性教学方案设计的具体内容.从我国目前卫生法学教学和医药专业人才培养现状来看,加强卫生法学实践性教学十分必要和紧迫.卫生法学实践性教学若要取得实效,应当着重从教学大纲与教学内容、教学方法 、教学评价方式等方面进行设计,并做好案例库、教学基地、师资队伍、理论教学与实践教学的关系等方面的工作,这是卫生法学实践性教学能否取得实效的关键.

Abstract:Authors discussed the status of teaching health law and the necessity of strengthen the practical teaching and introduced the specific content of design of health law practical teaching program and also pointed out that health law is a subject with the features of strong practice and application.From the current status of teaching of health law and personnel training in higher medical education, the strengthening of practical teaching of health law is very necessary and urgent.For obtaining the actual effect in practical teaching of health law, it must be designed with the consideration on the teaching outline, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching assessment, and also several important issues such as case bank, teaching bases and the relationship of theory and practical teaching.These are the keys of success and effectiveness of health law practice teaching.
