酸枣仁皂苷A对大鼠心室肌细胞L-型钙通道的影响

摘    要:目的:研究酸枣仁皂苷A对大鼠单个心室肌细胞膜L-型钙电流(ICa-L)通道的影响。方法:采用全细胞膜片钳技术,观察不同浓度的酸枣仁皂苷A对ICa-L的作用。结果:①酸枣仁皂苷A对ICa-L呈浓度依赖性抑制。②100 mg/L酸枣仁皂苷A能使ICa-LI-V曲线明显上移。③100 mg/L酸枣仁皂苷A能使ICa-L稳态激活曲线右移,稳态失活曲线左移,还能增加失活后恢复的τ值。结论:提示酸枣仁皂苷A能够影响ICa-L通道的激活态和失活态抑制ICa-L。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Jujuboside A(JuA) on ICa-L in rat ventricular myocytes.Methods: Standard whole-cell patch clamp technique was adopted.Results: ①JuA reduced ICa-L in a concentration-dependent manner.②JuA in the concentration of 100 mg/L could make the I-V curves upward.③JuA in the concentration of 100 mg/L made the steady-state activation curves shift to right,the steady-state inactivation curve to left,and the tau value of recovery duration increased obviously.Conclusion: JuA inhibits the L-type calcium channel by influencing activated states and inactivated states.
