2004～2005年南京市区蚊虫种类调查研究

目的了解南京市近年来蚊虫种类是否发生了变化,以便掌握该市蚊虫种类的分布,为科学指导控制病媒生物性传染病的发生和发展提供可靠依据。方法使用电动捕蚊器或网兜捕捞成蚊鉴别种类;捕捞幼虫带回饲养,羽化成蚊后鉴别种类。结果2004~2005年共捕捉到成蚊30 815只,分别是淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、骚扰阿蚊、中华按蚊、摇蚊,分别占69.25%,16.71%,5.34%,4.38%,3.00%,2.00%;7~9月是该市蚊虫活动高峰期。结论本次调查共发现6种蚊虫,淡色库蚊所占比例最大,全年1~12月都有活动,仍然是南京市区的优势蚊种;南京市区首次发现中华按蚊,应引起有关部门的高度重视。

Investigation on mosquito kinds in 2004 ～2005 in Nanjing city

ObjectiveTo investigate whether the kinds of mosquitoes have been changing recently in Nanjing city and master its distribution,to provide scientific evidence for controlling infectious disease.MethodsCollecting mosquitoes with electric mosquito trap or string bag,and identifying the kinds of mosquitoes.ResultsTotal 30 815 mosquitoes were caught.Among them,Culex pipiens pallens,Aedes albopictus,Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Armigeres Subalbatus,Anopheles sinensis and Chironomidae occupied 69.25%,16.71%,5.34%,4.38%,3.00% and 2.00% respectively.From July to August,the quantity of mosquitoes reached a high level.ConclusionSix kinds of mosquitoes were found in the investigation.Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species in Nanjing city and could be found from January to December.Anopheles sinensis was firstly found in Nanjing.Relative department should pay attention to this.
