MEBO治疗大面积深度烧伤残余创面的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨MEBO(湿润烧伤膏)治疗大面积深度烧伤残余创面的临床疗效.方法大面积深度烧伤病人予以翻身床治疗,每日翻身4次,每次翻身时于身体前侧和背侧残余创面上各涂湿润烧伤膏1次,涂药后创面暴露治疗.结果32例患者中,29例残余创面均在3周内愈合,另3例经应用MEBO及浸浴治疗感染基本控制后,创面缩小,单个面积仍在4cm×4cm以上者,每例残余创面面积均在5%TBSA以上,经邮票植皮后继续用MEBO治愈.随访6个月~18个月,愈合大部分创面无明显瘢痕增生、挛缩,功能恢复较好.结论大面积深度烧伤残余创面应用MEBO治疗,方法简单、价格低廉、病人痛苦少,治疗效果良好.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating residual ulcers of post -burn. Method: The extensive burn patients were turned 4 times per day with rotating bed. During each turning, the residual ulcers of the patients in their prothorax and back were applied with MEBO once. The ulcer wounds with MEBO were exposed. Results: 29 of 32 residual ulcer wounds had healed in 3 weeks. Rest 3 eases were continually treated with MEBO and dipping hath to control the infection so as to make the size of the wounds deceased. In ease of the area of a wound 〈 4X4 em, i.e. the area was more than 5% TBSA, the wound was skin - grafted in a way of stamp and then was applied with MEBO continually till healing. Following the visit for 16 - 18 months, most wounds healed with better function and no obvious hyperplasia and contracture. Conclusion: It is a simple, cost effective and clinical effective way to treat ulcer wounds for extensive burn patients by using MEBO with less pain.
