前、后期医学生对就业制度改革反应调查

为了进一步了解医学生对就业制度改革的反应情况 ,采用问卷形式 ,对上海医科大学临床医学专业前、后期医学生进行了调研。调查结果发现 ,仍有部分学生对就业制度认识不足 ;就业意向以区级以上医院为主体 ;同时对学习成绩与就业的关系不十分重视。因此 ,必须把就业制度改革和就业形势、政策教育贯穿整个教育过程 ,转变医学生就业观念 ,调整医学生就业心理状态 ,树立正确的择业观 ;同时 ,也应当引导学生树立正确的学习观。这是教育管理者义不容辞的义务和职责。

Investigation of the reaction of earlier and later stage medical students to the reform of employment system

To further understand the reaction of medical students to employment system reform, an investigation was carried out about the cognition of recent employment situation, the relationship between study results and employment, psychological status and employment intention of earlier and later stage medical students. The results showed that a portion of students lack cognition of employment system, most medical students' employment intention mainly concentrated on regional and municipal hospitals and some students pay less attention to the relationship between study results and employment. So the education of employment system reform, employment situation and policy must be carried out through the whole teaching period. Medical students' employment concept must be changed, and psycholgocial status modulated so as to establish a correct employment idea. Meanwhile the students must be orientated to have a right study concept, to have a spirit of working hard and doing pioneering job. Medical students must be improved in virtue, wisdom and physical education. This is incumbent obligation to educational administration workers.
