脑梗死与胰岛素抵抗关系的实验研究

摘    要:目的 对胰岛素抵抗与脑梗死之间的关系进行探讨。方法 分别对62例单纯性脑梗死患者和35例健康对照组进行空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹破岛素(FINs)、胆固醇(Tc)、甘油三酯(TG),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),并与神经功能缺失评分和梗死灶面积进行直线相关分析。结果 脑梗死患者组FB6、FINS、TC、TG显著高于对照组(尸<0.05);ISI显著低于对照组。脑梗死轻型组与脑梗死重型组之间FINS和IsI也存在显著差异。IsI与梗死灶面积、神经功能缺失评分呈负相关。结论 破岛素抵抗与脑梗死有密切关系,可能是脑梗死的一个重要危险因素,它参与了脑梗死的发生发展。

Study on the Relationship Between Insulin- resistance and Cerebral Infarction
Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between insulin resistance(IR) and cerebral infarction(CI). Methods The levels of fasting serum insulin(FINS) ?fasting blood-glucose(FBG)?total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) were determined in 62 patients with CI and 35 healthy persons. The insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. The ISI was analyzed by linear correlation with the score of neurological impairment and the size of lesion in patients with different grades CI. Results The study showed that the levels of FBG?FINS?TC and TG of the patients with CI were significantly higher than those of the heath persons. ISI in patients was significantly lower than that in healthy person. There were also significant difference in FINS and ISI between the mild group and moderate-severe group with CI. ISI was negatively correlated with area of CI and the score of neurological impairment. Conclusions There were close relationship between cerebral infarction and insulin resistance. IR is an important risk factor in cerebral infarction. It may play an important role in development of CI.
