| 摘 要： | 目的了解胶体金快速检测试剂盒在鼠疫疫区回顾性调查中的应用效果。方法按鼠疫胶体金快速检测试剂盒的使用说明进行，并用间接血凝（IHA）法进行比较。结果检测了采集于康保县鼠疫疫源地内血清共195份，间接血凝检出阳性血清4份，胶体金检出阳性血清3份。对照组血清14份，结果均为阴性。结论胶体金快速检测试剂盒在鼠疫疫区回顾性调查中与间接血凝阳性检出率无明显差异，但胶体金试剂盒的敏感性明显低于间接血凝试验，在用于疫区回顾性调查时，应附加间接血凝试验佐证。
