| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价CT对后纵隔神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 8例经手术及病理证实的后纵隔神经鞘瘤的CT表现特征。结果 :全部病例均位于后纵隔脊柱旁沟内 ,为圆形或类圆形肿块 ,边缘清楚 ,2例密度不均 ,其中之 1例合并有钙化。结论 :CT对后纵隔神经鞘瘤有很大的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of CT scanning in diagnosis of posterior mediastinal schwannomas. Methods: We analyzed the CT findinds of 8 cases of posterior mediastinal Schwannomas which were confirmed by operation and pathology respectively.Results: All the lesions were located in para-spinal groves.They presented as round or rond-likely masses with defined margin. Two were inhomogenous in density.One was cacified. Conclusion: CT scanning is valuable significantly in diagnosis of posterior mediastinal schwannomas. |
