阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床对比观察

目的 观察阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效、疗程、不良反应.方法 对本院收治的明确诊断为支原体肺炎的72例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组予阿奇霉素静滴、对照组予红霉素静滴.结果 阿奇霉素组有效率为97.3%,红霉素组有效率为94.3%,两组无显著性差异(P＞0.05);阿奇霉素组较红霉素组疗程短、不良反应少,存在显著性差异.结论 阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎疗效好,安全可靠.

The Clinical Contrastive Observation of the Azithromycin Treatment and the Erythromycin Treatment for Children Suffered from Mycoplasmal Pneumonia

Objective The observation of the Azithromycin Treatment and the Erythromycin Treatment for Children Suffered from Mycoplasmal Pneumonia, including the clinical curative effect, the treatment course and abnormal reaction. Methods To divide randomly the 72 cases of children into two groups who were clearly diagnosed as mycoplasmal pneumonia in our hospital. The treatment group is given Azithromycin infusion by intravenous drip; the comparative group is given the Erythromycin infusion by intravenous drip. Results the effectiveness of Azithromycin group is 97.3%, the effectiveness of Erythromycin group is 94.3%, two groups do not have significant difference (P>0.05) . The abnormal reaction of the Azithromycin group is lesser than that of Erythromycin group, and the treatment course of the Azithromycin group is shorter than that of Erythromycin group. Conclusions The Azithromycin treatment for mycoplasmal pneumonia is good, safe and reliable.
