摘    要:目的了解无锡市2008—2009年食物中毒发生的特点和规律,为今后食物中毒的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法对无锡市2008—2009年食物中毒统计报表、现场调查资料进行统计分析。结果无锡市2008—2009年共发生食物中毒53起,中毒人数795例,无死亡案例,中毒原因以细菌性中毒为主,其中又以副溶血性弧菌为最主要致病菌,饮食服务机构为引起食物中毒的最主要责任单位。结论制定切实可行的食物中毒应急预案,完善食物中毒的应急处理体系,切实加强饮食服务单位、家庭、集体食堂、食品摊贩的卫生管理,有效预防和控制食物中毒的发生。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the features and the law of food poisoning in Wuxi City,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and controlling of food poisoning in the future.[Methods]Statistical analysis was made on the food poisoning reports and spot investigation reports of Wuxi City during 2008-2009.[Results]A total of 53 incidents of food poisoning were reported, with 795 cases and no death cases. The main pathogenic bacteria in bacterial food poisoning which was the primary cause of food poisoning was Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and the food poisoning took place mostly in the catering service units.[Conclusion]The practical emergency preplan for food poisoning should be developed,emergency response system should be completed,and? healthy management should be enhanced to the catering service units,household,collective canteens and food vendors for the prevention and controlling of food poisoning.
