皱叶酸模抗真菌成分的研究

摘    要:
从皱叶酸模(Rumex crispus L)中分得五个结晶,经化学反应及光谱分析鉴定为酸模素(nepodin)Ⅰ;大黄素(emodin)Ⅱ;大黄酚(chrysophanol)Ⅲ;大黄素甲醚(physcion)Ⅳ;5—甲氧基酸模素(torachrysone)Ⅴ。其中Ⅰ,Ⅴ是从本种植物中第一次分到的己知化合物。酸模素是抗真菌活性成分,5—甲氧基酸模素的抗真菌试验正在进行中。


Studies on the Antifungal Constituents of Rumex Crispus L
Abstract:
Five compounds were isolated from the roots of Rumex crispus L.On the bases of their chemical and spectral data,they were identified as nepodin(Ⅰ).emodin(Ⅱ).ch- rysophanol(Ⅲ).physcion(Ⅳ).and torachrysone(Ⅴ).Both compounds(Ⅰ)and(Ⅴ)were isolated for the first time from the above described species. Experiments showed that compound(Ⅰ) exhibited autifungal activity apparently. The same tests for compound(Ⅴ)are in progress.
