超声萃取法检测分枝杆菌的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨分枝杆菌检测新方法(超声萃取),提高检出率。方法:萃取剂与灭菌后的标本混匀,经超声萃取,静置,固定,染色,镜检。结果:超声萃取法检测分枝杆菌,最低为200—300cfu/ml可得到阳性结果。结论:超声萃取法检测分枝杆菌快速、敏感性高,与传统的浮游集菌法对比,其检出率提高10倍以上,可望用于分枝杆菌的细菌学检测.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the new method of detecting Mycobacterium and improve the detecting rate.Methods:The sample of sterilization is mixed with the extraction dosage,which is detected by ultrasonic extraction,fixation,staining and microscopy.Results:The ultrasonic extraction method which detects the Mycobacterium can get the positive results by the lowest 200~300 cfu/ml.Conclusion:The extraction method detecting Mycobacterium is quick and sensitive compared with the traditional floatation method.The detecting rate of the new method is 10 times than the old one.The ultrasonic extraction method is expected to be used in bacteriological detecting of Mycobacterium.
