女性精神分裂症患者家属症状自评量表调查

目的 探讨女性精神分裂症患者家属的心理问题并提出相应的对策.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对200例住院女性精神分裂症患者家属进行测试,并与国内常模对照.结果 住院女性精神分裂症患者家属焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执、躯体化和人际关系各因子分均高于常模(t=2.4021,2.3997,2.1141,2.3593,2.7304,2.3995;P＜0.05),两者有显著性差异.结论 住院女性精神分裂症患者家属存在比较明显的心理问题,医生在治疗精神分裂症患者的同时,应对家属进行心理干预,宣传精神卫生知识.

Analysis on SCL-90 of Family Members in Woman Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore family members in woman patients with schizophrenia about mentality,and advance countermeasure of treatmentment.Methods A total of 200 family members in woman patients with schizophrenia were measured with SCL-90,the results were contrasted with the normal.Results The factor scores of anxiety,depressive,phobia,paranoid,somatization and relation were more than those of normal（t=2.4021,2.3997,2.1141,2.3593,2.7304,2.3995;P0.05）,the differences were significant.Conclusion The family members in woman patients with schizophrenia have obvious mental problems.The doctors should not only treat patients with schizophrenia,but also interfere mentality of the family members,disseminate knowledge of mental health.
