打工者自尊与自我和谐状况的调查及相关研究

目的 调查打工者的自尊与自我和谐水平,了解自尊与自我和谐的关系,促进其更好地建构自我体系.方法 选取打工者81名,采用自尊量表(SES)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对其自尊与自我和谐状况进行测查.结果 打工者"自我灵活性"显著低于大学生常模(t=-7.699,P＜0.01),"自我刻板性"显著高于大学生常模(t=7.354,P＜0.01).自尊量表总分与自我和谐量表总分呈显著正相关(t=0.544,P＜0.01).同3个分量表中的"自我与经验不和谐"呈显著正相关(t=0.402,P＜0.01),与"自我灵活性"呈显著负相关(t=-0.537,P＜0.01),而与"自我刻板性"相关不大(t=0.204,P＞0.05).结论 打工者自尊与自我和谐状况没有一般大学生好,自我和谐对自尊有一定影响.

Research on the Condition of Self-esteem and Self-consistency of the Migrant Workers

Objective To investigate the level of self-esteem and self-consistency and congruence of the migrant workers,in aid of helping them construct ego system.Methods A total of 81 migrant workers were randomly selected to test self-esteem and self-consistency by SES and SCCS.Results The level of the ＂vivid of the ego＂ significantly showed lower than the college students norm（t=-7.699,P0.01）,while the ＂inflexible of the ego＂ significantly showed higher than the latter one（t=7.354,P0.01）.There was significant positive correlation between the total cent of the self-esteem scale and self-consistency and congruence scale（t=0.544,P0.01）.And the former one was significantly positive related with the ＂inharmonious of ego and experience＂（t=0.402,P0.01）,negative related with the ＂vivid of the ego＂（t=-0.537,P0.01） and uncorrelated with the ＂inflexible of the ego＂（t=0.204,P0.05）.Conclusion The condition of self-esteem and self-consistency of the migrant workers is no better than the normal students.The self-consistency has certain influence on self-esteem.
