北京甲3流感流行中合并其它呼吸道病毒感染的调查

为获得北京甲３流感暴发中其它主要呼吸道病毒介入和血清学依据。方法应用系列呼吸道病毒桥联酶标试剂盒对２０４例患者分泌物进行多病毒抗原检测；应用间接免疫荧光法对流行前人群５０例和流行后患者恢复期血清４１例，分别作呼吸道合胞病毒；副流感病毒３型以及腺病毒７型的血清学检测。

Serological analysis and detection of multi-virus during the prevalence of FluA3 in Beijing

ObjectiveIn order to obtain information of other types of respiratory viruses infection and their serological data during the FulA3 prevalence in Beijing.Methods We detected multi virus antigens in 204 cases of specimens using series of diagnosis kits for respiratory viruses,and serologically analyzed 51 cases of serum samples before the prevalence and 41 cases in convalescence,including RSV,PIV3 and Adv7.Results The whole detection rate of viruses is 67.1%(137/204) in the 204 specimens.The whole detection rate of FulA is 57 3%(117/204)in it Mixed infection rates of Flu A and other viruses are 70.9%(83/117).Mixed infection of FulA and RSV is the highest(43 6%)among them,those of Flu A and FluB or PIV the second and that of FluA and Adv the lowest.Serological analysis of RSV,PIV3 and Adv7 shows that antibody levels of the 3 types of viruses are all increasing,after the prevalence.Conclusion Through the test of virus antigens and serological analysis , we think that the prevalence is a kind of mixed infection of FluA and RSV,PIV3,Adv7,et al,however FluA3 is the main virus.
