| 摘 要： | 目的 研究太宁栓治疗急性肛裂的有效性及安全性。方法 对 6 0例肛裂病人采用随机、对照方法进行研究 ,其中 30例使用太宁栓 ,30例使用呋喃西林坐浴治疗。结果 治疗后太宁栓组出血、疼痛、瘙痒、水肿、糜烂的减轻程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,2组均未出现全身不良反应。结论 太宁栓治疗急性肛裂的临床效果明显 ,安全性同 ,无明显副作用

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the efficacity and safety to treat the acute anal fissure (AAF) with Taining suppository. Methods 60 cases of AAF patient were divided into two groups. 30 cases were treated with Taining suppository as therapy group and other 30 cases were treated with aldomycin hip bath. Results The remission degree of symptom such as bleeding, pain was better than that of control group. Both groups had no side effect. Conclusion The clinical effect of treatment AAF with Taining suppository might have obvious and safe effect without complications. |
