| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尺、桡动脉的供血优势，以防止手术后影响手掌部血供。方法采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，同时检测双上肢前臂尺、桡动脉的内径、平均流速、血管横截面、血流量作为评估指标。结果尺动脉和桡动脉的平均内径无显著性差异（P〉0．05），尺、桡动脉的平均流量亦无显著性差异（P〉0．05），尺动脉的平均流速大于桡动脉（P〈0．01）。但这些指标都有个体差异。结论使用桡动脉或尺动脉时并不需要知道谁占优势，而是需知道他们能否单独维持手部永久的血供。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the blood supply dominance of radial and unlar arteries in healthy adult volunteers.Methods Using ultrasonic color doppler technique,diameter,mean flow (velocity,)vessel area,and volumetric flow of radial and ulnar arteries were investigated and blood flow was calculated.Results Mean diameter and volumetric flow of radial and ulnar arteries had no significant difference(P>0.05).Mean flow velocity of ulnar artery was significantly faster than that of(radial) artery(P<0.01).Individualization was present in the dominance of the radial or ulnar artery.Conclusion It is not important to know whether radial or ulnar artery has the dominance in supplying blood to the hands.The key point is whether radial or ulnar artery can supply sufficient blood to the hands solely. |
