| 摘 要： | 目的：测定儿茶中主要成分儿茶素及表儿茶素的含量。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，以儿茶素及表儿茶素为对照品。结果：按选定的色谱条件，儿茶素及表儿茶素分别在０２５６～１２８、０７２８～３６４１μｇ范围内线性良好。２种成分的平均加样回收率分别为１００１％和９６０％，ＲＳＤ分别为２４％和２７％（ｎ＝５）。结论：本方法操作简便、快捷，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine two components catechin and epicatechin in Catechu. Method: Using RP-HPLC with catechin and epicatechin as standards Results: According to the selected chromatographic conditions, the linear range of these two compounds are 0256128 g and 07283641 g respectivelyThe average recoveries of catechin and epicatechin are 1001 % and 960 %,RSD are 24 % and 27 % (n =5 ), respectively Conclusion: The method is easy and rapid, with good repeatability |
