养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床观察

目的观察养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取偏头痛患者62例，随机分为对照组30例和治疗组32例．治疗组用养血清脑颗粒4．0g/包，1包／次，3次／d，温水冲服；氟桂利嗪胶囊，男性5-10mg，女性5mg，每日睡前服1次．连服30d。对照组只服用氟桂利嗪胶囊，剂量同治疗组，连服30d。每周观察疗效及副作用1次。结果治疗组的治愈率为37．50％．明显高于对照组，经统计学处理，X^2=4．72，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。治疗组的总有效率为96．87％，明显高于对照组，X^2=1．97，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论养血清脑颗粒是一种有效的治疗偏头痛的药物，联合氟桂利嗪能提高疗效．且无明显毒副作用、

Clinical Observation on Yangxue Qingnao Granules Combined with Flunarizine in Treating the Patients with Migraine

OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with flunarizine in treating the patients with mi- graine. METHODS 62 patients with migraine were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and treatment group（n=32）. The treat- ment group was treated with Yangxue Qmgnao Granules, 4.0 g/l packet, 1 packet/time, three times per day, with warm water. Flunar- izine capsule, 5-10 mg for male patients, 5 mg for female patients, 1 time per day before sleep for 30 days.The control group was treated with flunarizine capsule alone, the dosage was the same as the treatment group for 30 days. The effects and the side effects were observed one time each week. RESULTS The cure rate of the treatment group was 37.50%, signifticantly higher than the control group. After statistic calculation, X^2=4.72, P〈0.05, there was significant difference from the control group.The total effect rate was 96.87%, significantly higher than the control group, X^2=3.97, P〈0.05. There was significant difference from the control group. CONCLUSION Yangxue Qingnao Granules is effective medicine for the treatment of migraine.Combined with flunarizine, the effect to cure migraine can be improved. There is no toxic and side-effect in the treatment.
