摘    要:通过归纳我院从2003-2004学年第2学期至2004-2005学年第2学期(共3个学期)教学督导专家的听课反馈意见,和对学生的评价进行分析,总结出我院临床教师在教学方法、教学手段、教学组织、教学态度、交流技巧方面经常出现的一些问题,以及在教学评价工作方面存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了一些思考和建议,旨在不断完善教学管理,改进临床教学工作,提高我院的临床课教学水平。

Abstract:By summing up the class-observation feedback from the teaching inspection panel between semester 2(2003-2004 academic year) and semester 2(2004-2005 academic year)(altogether 3 semesters) in our hospital,and analyzing the students' evaluation,the paper explores the problems among teachers of clinical medicine in teaching methods,teaching means,teaching organization,teacher-student interaction skills,as well as problems in the teaching appraisal.It proposes some reflections and suggestions in view of these problems to improve teaching management,clinical teaching,and upgrade the level of clinical course teaching in our hospital.
